What is the difference between Java 6 and PHP 5.4? [closed]

First of all, let me explain the matter. I'm in a class where we learn Java 6 OOP fundamentals. However, my goal is to learn PHP (the last version) next.

So, my question: Is there a big difference between PHP and Java 6 in OOP concepts? Meaning that after I finish the OOP class in Java will I find a lot of things that need to be learned in PHP regarding OOP?

Update: *My goal of learning PHP next is to build dynamic sites* (I'm not sure of other options) and to follow OOP.
